Start With a Frame
Pick a useful starting framework for a messy work problem before everyone reaches for a tool, template or meeting.
Not every problem needs a framework. Some problems need someone to own the thing and stop pretending the spreadsheet is a strategy.
But when the mess is vague, a good frame helps. It gives people a way to look at the problem before they start inventing solutions, tools, automations or meetings with names like “alignment sync”.
This tool suggests a starting frame based on what feels messy, what keeps breaking, and what you need to produce next.
Use the output as a first lens, not a religion. If reality disagrees, reality wins. Annoying, but traditional.

Find the right starting frame
Describe the mess in normal language. I’ll make a first read, ask one or two useful questions, then suggest a frame worth starting with. You do not need to diagnose the problem first. That would rather defeat the point.
